Notification Report

View which notifications are currently active or inactive across your fleet, including recipient details and notification types.

Overview

This report provides a current-state overview of all notification-to-equipment relationships. It’s useful for:

  • Auditing which assets have alerts configured

  • Checking recipient email and SMS coverage

  • Identifying inactive notifications that need to be reactivated

Important Details

  • The system now assigns equipment to notifications, rather than notifications to equipment. This flipped relationship means the report is the most direct way to audit notification coverage across assets.

  • While the Add/Edit Equipment modal also shows associated notifications for an individual asset, it’s not as comprehensive or filterable as this report. Use this report for fleet-wide analysis.

  • This report does not include historical delivery activity. For that, refer to the Notification Log Report.
