Adding Additional Location Sets in a Manual Order

You can add multiple source and destination pairs when creating a Manual Order

Introduction:

You can add multiple source and destination pairs when creating a Manual Order. Each set represents the next stop in the sequence the trucks will follow. Mix must be entered for every set before you can add another one.

The Location section appears directly under the number of trucks.

1. Complete the First Location Set

In the Location section:

  1. Click Choose Source.

    • Select a project from the list
      ​ or

    • Write in a location and confirm it on the map

  2. Click Choose Destination and select a project or write in a location.

  3. Enter the Mix for this location set.

Once Source, Destination, and Mix have been entered, the grey plus (+) icon becomes active.

2. Add a New Location Set

  1. Click the plus (+) icon on the far right of the Location section.

  2. A second location line appears directly below the first set.

  3. Complete the new set by selecting:

    • Source

    • Destination

    • Mix

You can repeat this process to add additional stops. While there is no system limit, it is recommended to keep the order to two or three locations to simplify scheduling.

3. Choosing a Source or Destination

When selecting either Source or Destination, a popup appears with two options:

Option A: Choose a Project

  1. Select a project from the dropdown list.

  2. A map preview displays the zone for that location.

  3. Click the confirmation button (for example: Choose Source: Matt’s Asphalt Plant) to apply it.

Option B: Write In a Location

  1. Type an address into the field.

  2. Click the magnifying glass icon to search.

  3. A map preview displays the address location.

  4. Click the confirmation button to apply the written-in location.

4. Editing a Location

To edit the Source or Destination for any set:

  1. Click the pencil icon next to the location name.

  2. The same popup opens, allowing you to choose a project or write in a new location.

  3. Confirm the selection to update the location.

5. Removing a Location Set

Each added location set includes a minus (–) icon on the right.

  • Click the minus icon to remove that location set.

  • All remaining sets shift up automatically.

    • For example, if you delete Set 1, Set 2 becomes Set 1.

6. Sequential Order

Location sets are processed in the order they appear on the screen. Set 1 is used first, then Set 2, and so on.

Make sure the sets are entered in the correct sequence before submitting the Manual Order.
