Introduction:
The Move Equipment via Geo-Zone feature streamlines equipment management by identifying and addressing discrepancies in geo-zone assignments. When the report is run, it lists equipment assigned to one geo-zone but currently located in another. Users can easily correct these discrepancies by selecting individual or multiple pieces of equipment and moving them to their current geo-zone with a simple checkbox. This feature is especially useful as a daily tool to ensure equipment remains accurately assigned, improving operational efficiency and location tracking.
