Introduction:
The Device Installation History report can display the installation history for all FleetWatcher devices.
Navigation:
To access this feature
Go to: Fleet > Devices >Device Installation History.
Device Installation History Details:
Access this page to understand the coupling history of an asset or FleetWatcher device.
Report Filters:
Please Enter a Device ESN: Enter the ESN to review all equipment that has been coupled to this ESN.
Equipment Number: Select the Equipment Number to review all ESN's coupled to the equipment.
Print and CSV options are available.
Column Headers:
Equip Number: Lists the equipment number.
ENS: Lists the ESN/s.
Device Model: List the FleetWatcher device model.
Installation Date: This is the date the device was coupled to the equipment.
Removal Date: This is the date the device was uncoupled from the equipment.
Installation Note: Note from the CSR who did this coupling.
Removal Note: Note from the CSR that uncoupled this device.
Example 1: Under ESN: Enter the ENS you want to search then click Generate Report. The report will list all equipment that has been coupled to this ESN.
Example 2: Under Equip Number select the asset name then click Generate Report. The report will list all ESN’s that have been coupled to the asset name.
