Introduction:
The Device Audit page provides a quick overview of devices that may have potential issues. It highlights devices that haven't reported in for an extended period, may have installation errors, hardware failures, incorrect harness usage, or mismatched asset-device pairings. This tool helps you quickly identify and address any concerns to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.

Go to: Fleet > Devices > Device Audit
Device Audit Details:
The Device Audit report can be generated without selecting a date or asset. If no date is chosen, the report defaults to one week before the end date. Users can filter by Asset Type (On-Road, Off-Road) or search by Asset Name for specific equipment. Click Generate Report to review the details. The report can also be printed or downloaded as a CSV based on the selected filters.
Device Audit Column Headers:
EW Asset Name: The equipment as it is named in FleetWatcher with the serial number in parenthesis.
Equipment Type: The equipment type you have assigned to this piece of equipment.
ESN: This is the Electronic Serial Number of the device.
Device MIN: This is the Sum Serial Number of the phone number of your device depending on the make and model.
FW: FleetWatcher PEG Config Version (where applicable)
Last Transmitted: Time the device last transmitted.
Device Model: FleetWatcher device model.
Currently Coupled: Time this device was last coupled: GMT
First Coupled: Time the device was first coupled.
Device Company: Company assigned to the device.
Audit Notes: Description of what caused the device to appear on the report.
