Introduction
The Equipment Status feature allows users to define custom labels (e.g., Maintenance, Active, Shop) and assign a color to each status. These statuses appear as colored dots next to equipment on the map, providing an at-a-glance view of the equipment’s current state.
This tool is especially popular with Off-Road customers who want more visibility into equipment availability and location-based usage. When combined with geo-zones, statuses can update automatically based on equipment location—helping users streamline operations without constant manual updates.
