Introduction
The Drivers Report shows a list of driver accounts in your system, filtered by Active, Inactive, or Deleted status. Use this report to check login history, license details, text/email opt-ins, and whether drivers were automatically signed out of equipment. Keep in mind: many fields in this report are optional and may be blank depending on how each driver was configured.
Navigation:
To access this feature:
Go to: Fleet > Drivers > Drivers Report
To run the report:
Choose a Status: Active, Inactive, or Deleted
Optionally filter by Company
Click Generate Report to view the results
Use This Report To:
View a full list of Active, Inactive, or Deleted driver accounts
Check driver communication preferences for email and text
Review login history, license details, and equipment authorizations
Identify drivers who were auto-unassigned by safety settings

Key Columns Explained:
First Name / Last Name – Driver’s full name
Employee ID – Internal identifier (may be blank)
Device Company – The company the driver is assigned to in FleetWatcher.
⚠️ Note: This does not refer to a physical tracking device. While the Driver App can act as a temporary GPS device, this column only reflects the company affiliation of the driver within the platform.
Email – Shows the driver’s email and opt-in status:
✅ Green check: opted in
❌ Red X: opted out
Hovering over the icon shows a tooltip message
Mobile Phone – Displays the number and opt-in status for text messaging:
📱 Green icon: opted in
📱 Red icon: opted out
Alternate Phone Numbers – Additional phone numbers (if entered)
Wireless Carrier – Mobile provider (e.g., Verizon, AT&T)
Division Name – Internal grouping or division (if used)
Status – Driver’s current account status: Active, Inactive, or Deleted
Last Login Date – Most recent login timestamp
License Type – CDL, class-specific, or internal licensing
License Expiry – Expiration date of the license
Authorizations – Lists equipment types the driver is authorized to operate
Auto Unassigned – Indicates whether the driver was removed from equipment by the Auto Sign-Out feature in Driver Safety Settings
Yes = Removed automatically
No = Signed out manually
