Introduction
The Mobile Report tracks when users last logged into the FleetWatcher Mobile App. It provides device-specific metadata including login details, app version, permissions, and platform information to support troubleshooting and audit purposes.
Navigation
To access this feature:
Go to: Manage > People > Mobile Report
Use This Report To:
Monitor user login times and last phone communications
Review device and app metadata (permissions, model, OS version)
Audit login locations, session IDs, and user platform usage
Export detailed mobile user activity reports
Step-by-Step Instructions
Viewing the Report:
Navigate to the Mobile Report page.
Use Report Options checkboxes to customize the visible columns:
Login Browser, Login Country, Platform, Device Model, App Version, Location Permission, etc.
Click Reset Default Optional Columns if needed.
Review the report, which includes fields like:
Time of Last Login: Last time the user logged into the Mobile App
Last Pinged: Time the mobile device last communicated with the system
Login Name: Email or username used
Login Success: "Y" for successful login, "N" for failed login
Login IP: IP address at time of login
Login Org: Customer or Organization name
Login City: Estimated city based on login IP
Login State: Estimated state based on login IP (approx. 90% accurate)
Exporting the Report:
Click Print Table to print.
Click Download CSV to export a basic CSV file.
Click Excel Formatted CSV for a formatted Excel download.
Column Definitions:
Login coords: Approximate latitude and longitude; ~83% chance accuracy within 25 miles
Login Browser: Mobile platform detected (iOS/Android)
Login Country: 99.8% accuracy of country
Login Area Code: Detected area code
Login Metro Code: Detected metro region code
Login Session ID: ZOPE ID uniquely identifying a user/browser session
Login Zip: Zip code (available about 53% of the time)
Platform: iOS or Android
Bluetooth Permission: Permission granted, denied, or blank (old app or user did not respond)
Push Notification Permission: Permission status (enabled/denied/blank)
Location Permission: Permission status (authorized/denied/blank)
App Type: Only the Field App currently reports this metadata
Device Name: Device name assigned to the phone (e.g., iPhone)
App Version: FleetWatcher app version installed
Platform Version: OS version of the device (e.g., iOS 17.7.2)
Device Model: Hardware model (e.g., iPhone 13 Pro, Pixel 6)
Device Brand: Manufacturer (e.g., Apple, Samsung)
Location Accuracy:
fullAccuracy: User allows precise GPS location
reducedAccuracy: User allows approximate GPS location
unset: Default state before permissions checked
unknown: Reserved for future development
