Introduction
The Last Login Report provides a list of recent user logins to the FleetWatcher system. This report displays when users last accessed the system, whether the login was successful, and additional details like IP address, organization, and city.
Navigation
To access this feature:
Go to: Manage > People > Last Login Report
Use This Report To:
Monitor user login activity
Confirm successful or failed login attempts
Track user access locations by city, state, or IP address
Export login history for auditing
Step-by-Step Instructions
Viewing the Report:
Navigate to the Last Login Report page.
Use the optional filters to customize displayed data:
Login coordinates
Login browser
Login country
Login metro code
Login area code
Login ZIP code
Login session ID
Click Reset Default Optional Columns to reset the view if needed.
Review the table showing:
Time of last login
Login name (email address)
Customer account
Login success status
IP address
Organization name
City and State
Exporting the Report:
Click Print Table to print.
Click Download CSV to export a basic CSV file.
Click Excel Formatted CSV for a formatted Excel download.
Important Notes:
Only the most recent login for each user is shown.
Exported files can be used for compliance tracking or internal audits.
Columns can be customized before exporting.
