Create a Dispatch Order in the Mobile App
Open the FleetWatcher mobile app.
Tap Material Management.
Select Scheduled Shifts.
Choose the date for the upcoming job.
Tap the shift you want to dispatch.
Tap Activate and Order.
The dispatch order screen will open.
Set the Truck Arrival Pattern
Choose Staggered or Grouped.
Enter the Total Trucks needed.
Staggered
Enter the number of trucks per time interval.
Set the arrival interval and start time.
Grouped
Add each arrival group.
Set the group size and arrival time.
Enter Job Details
Review the KPIs that populate from the shift.
Adjust KPIs if needed.
Enter a Location Description (optional).
Select an Equipment Type.
Enter a Mix if needed for non-ticketed material.
Set the Expected First Load Time.
Set the Expected Dump Time.
Add a Dispatch Note
Enter a Dispatch Shift Note if needed.
This note is sent to the internal dispatcher or hired hauler contact.
Submit the Order
Tap Order.
The app will take you to the Actuals page for real-time progress.
Your dispatch order is now created and available for fulfillment.
