Activate a Shift (Mobile App)
Open the FleetWatcher mobile app.
Tap Material Management.
Select Scheduled Shifts.
Choose the correct date.
Tap the Job Name you want to activate.
Tap Activate and Order.
Create the Dispatch Order
Choose Staggered or Grouped arrivals.
Enter the Total Trucks needed.
Adjust KPIs if required.
Enter a Location Description (optional).
Select Equipment Type.
Enter a Mix if needed.
Set the Expected First Load Time.
Set the Expected Dump Time.
Add a Dispatch Shift Note if required.
Tap Order.
The shift is now dispatched and ready to be fulfilled by the dispatcher.
