When you open Dispatch in the FleetWatcher mobile app, each order shows up as a card. Instead of opening every order to check its status, you can glance at two things on the card itself: the truck count and the color of the card. This article explains what those mean so you can tell at a glance whether an order is on track or needs attention.

This applies to both current-day orders and future orders. As of this release, Android and iOS show the same information the same way, so your team sees consistent card details no matter which phone they're using.

1. Open the FleetWatcher mobile app.

2. Tap Material Management, then Dispatch.

3. Find the order you want to check.

4. Look at the truck count on the card. It shows as a fraction, like 3/10, meaning 3 trucks have arrived out of the 10 requested.

5. Check the card's color:

- No color (default): the order is on schedule, the expected arrival time has not passed yet.

- Red: the expected arrival time has passed and equipment has not arrived yet.

6. If a truck is expected but hasn't shown up yet, look for the words "Not Arrived" on the card.

NOTE: Dispatch Order cards in the mobile app show a truck count (like 3/10) and a color to help you see order status at a glance. A red card means the expected time has passed and a truck hasn't arrived yet. The word "Not Arrived" will also show on a card that's waiting on equipment. Android and iOS now match, so your whole team sees the same information the same way.
