Project Access Management Audit

Review which users have access to which projects, or which projects a specific user can view.

Introduction

The Project Access Management Audit report provides a full-access snapshot of how user access is granted to projects. It complements the Project Access Management screen by showing the results of those access settings — either by Project or by User.


Navigation

To access this report:

Go to: MMS > Project Access Management > Project Access Management Audit


Use This Report To:

  • View all users who have access to a specific project

  • View all projects visible to a specific user

  • Confirm whether access was granted directly or via ACL

  • Filter results by DOT status or user title

  • Export results to CSV for compliance reviews


Filtering Options

Report Type

Choose how to structure the audit results:

  • By Project (default) – Lists users per project

  • By User – Lists projects visible to the selected user(s)

⚠️ A reminder pop-up appears any time you change the Report Type — be sure to click Submit again to refresh results.


Filters When "By Project" is Selected:

Choose a specific project type or leave as All

DOT Project

Filter by DOT status: Yes, No, or Both

Project

Choose a single project or leave as All


Filters When "By User" is Selected:

Description

User Title

Optional – filter results to users with a specific title (e.g., Foreman, Superintendent)


Results Table

Each row shows either:

  • A project with its assigned users, or

  • A user with their accessible projects

Column

Description

Project Name / User Name

Primary grouping based on selected Report Type

Description / Title

Project description or user title

Is a DOT Project / User

DOT classification status

Has Access

Yes or No

Reason

How access was granted (e.g., View All Shifts ACL, Not Granted)

Click View next to any row to open full access details in a modal.


Exporting

Click Download CSV to export your audit results for:

  • DOT compliance checks

  • Internal reviews

  • Access control documentation
