Project List Report

Generate a list of active or inactive projects with filters, audit logs, and export tools.

Introduction

The Project List Report provides a searchable table of projects in your account, including project details, assigned contacts, change history, and access permissions. This report is ideal for operations audits, DOT access reviews, and user assignment checks.


Navigation

To access this report:

Go to: CMS > Project Reports > Project List Report


Use This Report To:

  • View active or inactive project lists

  • Filter by project type or name

  • Show project foreman, superintendent, and PMs

  • View project change history and access

  • Export project data for internal use

Select a type (e.g., Paving, Dump, Plant)

Optional Columns

Check any of the following to customize your table:

  • Project Category

  • Location Name

  • Display Status

  • Display Status Note

  • Custom Status Name

  • Address, City, State, Zip

  • Phone Number

  • Estimated/Bid Haul Cost

  • Target Tons

  • Phase Code

  • Scale Ticket Email

  • Scheduled Start / End Dates

  • Project ID

  • Company

🔄 Use Reset Default Optional Columns to return to the default view.


Change Log (Audit Trail)

  • Click the blue "View" button under Change Log to see when a project was created or modified.

  • Click the chevron (▾) on any entry to see which fields were changed.

  • Entries show user, action, and timestamp.


Project Access

  • Click the Audit button in the Project Access column to open a quick view of which users have access to the project.

  • Includes DOT user flags and the reason for access (e.g., View All Shifts ACL or manual grant).


Export Options

  • Print Table – For PDF or print-friendly formats

  • Download CSV – Raw data output

  • Excel Formatted CSV – Cleaner format for Excel use
