PTO Report (Power Take-Off) - [Legacy]

Track PTO events for supported equipment, including location and time of activation.

Introduction

The PTO Report displays activity for Power Take-Off (PTO)–enabled equipment. Commonly used to monitor functions like dump bed lifts, the report helps track when and where PTO events occurred for eligible assets.


Navigation

To access this feature:

Go to: Manage > Legacy Reports > PTO Report


Use This Report To:

  • View PTO activity by asset and timestamp

  • Identify the address where the PTO event occurred

  • Export activity logs for auditing, compliance, or job tracking

  • Monitor field usage by asset over time


Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Go to Manage > Legacy Reports > PTO Report

  2. Choose a Start Date and End Date

    • If no dates are selected, the report defaults to yesterday

  3. (Optional) Use the Equipment filter to select a specific unit

    • This drop-down only includes units that support PTO tracking

  4. (Optional) Filter by Equipment Type

  5. Click Generate Report


What’s Displayed

Each row in the report includes:

  • Asset Name – The name or number of the equipment

  • Date/Time – When the PTO event occurred

  • Address – The GPS-based address of the event

  • GeoZone – Displays if the event took place within a named zone


Sorting & Searching

  • Results are listed alphabetically by Asset Name

  • Entries within each asset are listed by Date/Time (oldest to newest)

  • Use the search field to filter for a specific asset

  • Click on any column header to re-sort the data


Export Options

  • Print Table – Create a print-friendly version of the report

  • Download CSV – Export a raw spreadsheet

  • Excel Formatted CSV – Export with formatted headers for Excel


Important Notes

  • This report only works for equipment wired to track PTO via the supported device’s digital input

  • Supported models include: GS-283, GS-284, GS-364, GS-312, GS-365

  • If no results are returned, confirm PTO wiring is active and the correct date range was selected

  • The default date range is the previous day if none is selected
