Overview
To begin syncing real-time stationing data from OnStation into your FleetWatcher scale tickets, follow this four-step activation process.
1. Obtain your OnStation API Token
Before contacting FleetWatcher, coordinate with your OnStation Account Representative to:
Request a unique API Token for the FleetWatcher integration.
Confirm which OnStation projects should be linked to your account.
2. Submit a Setup Request
Email support@fleetwatcher.com with the following:
Subject: OnStation Integration Setup - [Company Name]
Body: Include your API Token and a list of active projects to sync.
3. Engineering Configuration
Our Engineering team will perform the backend setup to securely store your token and link your FleetWatcher JobIDs to the OnStation Project Identifiers. Note: This process typically requires a short lead time for engineering verification.
4. Go-Live
Once enabled, the integration is automatic. When a truck completes a dump and departs the jobsite, FleetWatcher sends the coordinates to OnStation, and the Station STA field will populate on the ticket.
