The Equipment Details provides a comprehensive overview of individual equipment, including type, project assignment, odometer and hour meter readings, maintenance history, usage summary (run hours and miles), and device details like model, ESN, and couple date. Accessible via the Equipment Report or by selecting an asset name from the map, it also displays real-time data such as battery voltage, heading, idle status, speed, and GPS location on a map. This tool allows users to quickly review equipment performance, device information, and maintenance history in one convenient view.

To access this feature:

Go to: Fleet > Equipment > Equipment Details.

Go to: Map > Click on an asset > Click on the asset name.

The Equipment Details provides a quick view of individual equipment, accessible by:

Use the Equipment Details to review equipment, device specifics, maintenance history, and usage summaries efficiently.

To run this report select the asset name from the Equipment dropdown under Reports Filters then click the blue Generate Report button.

The equipment details will display in the top left hand corner followed by maintenance history, device information and configuration. On the right hand side you will find the Usage Summary and a map of the last recorded transmission.

Navigate to the Map. Click on the equipment icon then click on the asset name to open the equipment details window.
