Introduction:
Track and monitor the maintenance history of your entire fleet quickly and efficiently.
Note: Use the Preventative Maintenance page to create maintenance schedules. Each new maintenance record starts here, while the Maintenance Due report tracks upcoming services and allows users to complete the scheduled maintenance.

Go to: Fleet > Maintenance > Preventative Maintenance
Page Details:
The Preventative Maintenance page will display a dropdown box on the top right side of the screen. Use this dropdown box to select a single asset to start a new maintenance record.
Select the dropdown and use the search box to quickly find the asset or scroll through the list to select the asset.
Only assets that have a maintenance history will display a list of maintenance records found.
New Maintenance Record:
To start a new preventive maintenance record select the asset from the dropdown list.
Add Maintenance Record:
Enter the PM Start Date.
Note: PM End Date is needed ONLY if service exceeds one day.
Use PM Type 1 for Hour-Based maintenance or PM Type 2 for Odometer-Based maintenance.
Note: Only 1 is required.
Enter the Physical Hour Meter Reading at time of service or Odometer Reading at time of service.
Enter Service Notes to document all maintenance performed.
Next PM Information: This required section is used to schedule the asset for the same PM Type.
The Next PM type will follow the PM type from above.
Enter the PM Interval: Hours or Miles until the next service.
Click the blue box Add Maintenance Record to save.
Note: Next PM Date is used if routine maintenance is performed each month.
Note: PM Type Miscellaneous, Unscheduled, or Service Call does not require a Next PM. The options are available for onetime service outside of scheduled maintenance.
