Introduction:
The Maintenance Due report is a summary that highlights equipment requiring maintenance or repair. It provides a comprehensive overview of pending maintenance tasks with PM warning thresholds and alerts to ensure timely and efficient upkeep of assets.

Go to: Fleet > Maintenance > Maintenance Due
Maintenance Due Report:
Use the Report filters to search individual pieces of equipment, equipment assigned to a project, equipment types or click the Generate Report button on the right side of the screen to review all scheduled maintenance.
Note: Companies can set Preventative Maintenance thresholds for hour, distance, and days under Manage > Company > Edit Information.
Color Coding:
Maintenance Overdue: Red indicates the Overdue status.
Upcoming Maintenance: Yellow indicates upcoming maintenance.
Discrepancy: This occurs when the PM Odometer or Hour Meter is less than the Current Odometer or Hour Meter.
Complete a Preventative Maintenance record:
Locate the maintenance record within the report.
Under the column header Action, click on the blue Add button.
A maintenance popup window will appear.
PM Start Date: click inside the PM start date box to select the date the mechanic completed the scheduled maintenance.
PM Type 1 - PM Type 2: The mechanic must enter the same PM type from the report to complete the service.
Enter the Physical Hour Meter or Odometer reading at the time of service.
Enter Service notes based on the maintenance performed.
Warning: If the user doesn't choose the same PM Type as the Maintenance Due Report, a duplicate PM Type will be created.
Note: If this is a one time service click the blue Add Maintenance Record button to save the record.
Note: If this is a reoccurring service use the Next PM information to reschedule the equipment for the same service.
Use the drop down box to choose the same PM Type, enter the PM Interval until the next service then click the blue Add Maintenance Record button to complete the process.
