Introduction:
The Maintenance History Report displays a log of completed preventative maintenance (PM) and inspections across your fleet. You can search by individual equipment, equipment type (e.g., dump trucks, pavers), or run a broad report on all equipment over a selected date range.

To access this feature:
Go to: Fleet > Maintenance > Maintenance History Report
📌 Use This Report To:
Review completed preventative maintenance across your fleet
View service history for a specific asset
Track maintenance by equipment type (e.g., all dump trucks)
See meter readings at time of service
Export records for documentation or internal tracking

🧾 Step-by-step Instructions
Use the Equipment dropdown at the top-left to choose:
Active (default)
Inactive
Both
In the Select Equipment dropdown:
Choose a single piece of equipment
This is commonly used when looking up one machine’s full service history
Or, use the Equipment Type dropdown:
Select a category such as Dump Trucks or Pavers
This will return results for all equipment in that type
(Optional) Enter a Start Date and End Date to filter results by time period:
If no Start Date is selected, the report defaults to the last 7 days
If no End Date is selected, the report defaults to today’s date
(Optional) Use Report Options to include:
Equipment Manufacturer
Model
Click Generate Report to view results
📋 Table Columns & Behavior
Once generated, the report displays a sortable table with the following columns:
Equipment Number – Click to open the equipment details card
Equipment Type – Type of machine (e.g., Dump Truck)
Date Performed – When maintenance was performed
Date Completed – When maintenance was marked complete
Mechanical Meter at Service – Meter reading at time of service
PM Type – Type of preventative maintenance or inspection
Scheduled Meter – Value set for PM trigger
Odometer at Service – Odometer reading at service time
Scheduled Odometer – Planned odometer value for maintenance
Notes – Free-text notes entered by the technician or admin

Clicking the equipment number opens the equipment details card
Columns can be sorted by clicking the up/down arrows in each header
