Introduction
FleetWatcher uses color coding to help you quickly evaluate shift performance. Each KPI is shown in green, yellow, or red based on how close the actual result is to the target. These color thresholds are configured in MMS Controls and apply across Today’s Shifts, Completed Shifts, and KPI reports.
Navigation
To configure thresholds:
Go to: Manage > MMS > MMS Controls
Scroll to the KPI Threshold Settings section
Color Logic Overview
Color | Meaning |
🟢 Green | Target met or performing within optimal range |
🟡 Yellow | Slightly off target, still acceptable |
🔴 Red | Below or above acceptable range |
Each KPI has its own thresholds — here are the most common ones:

95.1% – 104.9% of target | 🟢 Green |
90.1% – 95% or 105% – 109.9% | 🟡 Yellow |
< 90% or > 110% | 🔴 Red |

How to Edit Thresholds
Navigate to MMS > MMS Controls
Adjust any of the following:
At Source Time thresholds
At Dest Time thresholds
First Load / First Dump thresholds
Custom FpM targets (in Add/Edit Equipment)
Click Submit to save changes
Changes apply only to future shifts
Notes
Thresholds are used for both visual display and internal reporting
Mainline Paving Calculator uses its own color bands for yield KPIs
MMS Controls allow decimal values for more precise targeting
