Introduction
The Logo Viewer page allows users to see all uploaded company logos, preview them, and manage their active or inactive status. Logos can be activated or deactivated based on current usage needs.
Navigation
To access this feature:
Go to: Manage > Scale Ticket > Logo Viewer
Use This Page To:
View uploaded logos
Preview logos by clicking the View Logo button
Deactivate logos that are no longer needed
Reactivate logos if they should be available again
Step-by-Step Instructions
Viewing a Logo:
Navigate to Logo Viewer.
Find the logo you want to view.
Click View Logo to open a popup with the logo preview.
Click the X in the top right corner to close the preview window.
Deactivating a Logo:
Click Deactivate next to the logo you want to remove from use.
If the logo is assigned to any companies, a popup message will appear warning that it will be unassigned.
Confirm by clicking OK.
Reactivating a Logo:
Locate a deactivated logo in the list.
Click Activate to make the logo available for assignment again.
Important Notes:
Logos may now be marked as inactive directly from the Logo Viewer screen.
Once deactivated, a logo will be automatically removed from any company or companies it was assigned to.
Deactivated logos cannot be reassigned until they are reactivated.
If a logo is actively assigned when deactivated, users are warned before proceeding.
