Overview
The Third Party Allotment Report tracks the truck usage and allotment limits for each third-party hauler over a selected date range. It compares how many AM and PM trucks were actually used against the company’s assigned allotment, making it easier to audit overuse or underutilization.
By default, the report loads the previous 30 days, but users can select custom date ranges. Due to the volume of data, longer ranges may take extra time to load.

Date Range: Defaults to last 30 days; custom ranges supported
Choose a Company: Type to select one or more 3rd party haulers
Search Field: Below the dropdown, allows fast filtering of listed companies
Generate: Click to load data

Allotment vs. Utilization Graph | Opens a bar chart comparing usage vs. allotment for the selected day |
🖥 How Allotments Are Set
Allotments are pulled from either:
The AM Trucks / PM Trucks values set for the company under Add/Edit Companies
Or, the total number of active trucks assigned to that company via Add/Edit Equipment

Audit Log: Displays a timestamped record of changes to allotment values
Allotment vs. Utilization Graph: Bar chart comparing trucks used vs. allowed (split by AM/PM)

🗒 Notes & Behavior
Large date ranges may take time to load depending on number of haulers and dispatch volume
Totals for all displayed rows are calculated and shown at the bottom of the table
This is a read-only report — allotment values cannot be edited from this screen
Use Add/Edit Companies or Add/Edit Equipment to change allotments
