Open the Order Options
Navigation:
MMS > Dispatch > Dispatch Board
From Scheduled Shifts & Dispatch, click the shift date to open the dispatch order.
In the dispatch order panel, click Order.
This menu contains Pause, Rain Out, Delay Times, and Cancel.
Pause and Resume a Shift
When you pause a shift, FleetWatcher marks the shift as Paused under the date.
The Pause button in the order panel switches to Resume.
Pause stops the shift temporarily.
Resume reactivates the shift and allows dispatching to continue.
Cancel an Order
When you cancel an order, a Cancelled label appears under the shift date.
In the order panel, the Cancel button changes to Resume, allowing you to restore the order if needed.
Click Cancel to stop the shift completely.
Click Resume to re-activate the order and return it to active status.
Rain Out a Shift
Selecting Rain Out opens a pop-up window where you can record the reason and enter minimum work hours for the equipment on the shift.
Add a Reason for Cancellation (optional).
Enter Minimum Work Hours if guaranteed pay applies.
Click Rain Out to confirm and notify recipients.
Click Cancel to close the window without changes.
Notification behavior for rain outs follows your Messaging Settings.
After You Rain Out a Shift
When the rain out is applied:
A Rained Out label appears under the shift date.
The Rain Out button in the order panel changes to Resume.
Click Resume to reactivate the shift and return it to active status.
Apply Delay Times
When you click Delay Times, a window opens showing all scheduled trucks and their current arrival and load times.
You can enter the number of hours or minutes to delay the shift.
After entering a delay:
Expected First Load and Expected First Dump update automatically.
These updated times appear in blue, showing the new values that will be applied.
The table shows the adjusted Arrive and Load times for each truck slot.
To confirm the delay:
Click Submit to apply the new times.
Click Cancel to close the window without making changes.
