How to Modify an Existing Order in the Mobile App

Field users can update the dispatch order from their phone when job conditions change. This article explains how to adjust the order.

Modify the Order

  1. Open the FleetWatcher mobile app.

  2. Tap Material Management.

  3. Select Dispatch.

  4. Tap the shift you want to modify.

  5. Tap the Order tab.

  6. Tap Request More to modify the request.

Available Edits

You can adjust:

  • Total trucks

  • Start time

  • Mix

After making changes:

  1. Tap Place Order.

What happens next!

A notification will be sent to the dispatcher to fill the request.
