1. The request has not been processed in the Notifications Inbox
Simple Dispatch requests remain in the Inbox until the dispatcher chooses one of the following:
Yes → Pick a Shift → Choose
No → Manual Shift
Until this step is completed, nothing will appear on Fulfill.
2. The dispatcher selected the wrong shift
If the wrong shift is chosen from the dropdown:
The order appears on a different shift than expected
The intended Fulfill tab will not show the request
Correct by editing the order under the shift it was assigned to.
3. The request was converted to a Manual Shift
If No → Manual Shift is selected:
The new shift appears at the bottom of the Dispatch Board page
The order will not appear under any existing shift
The dispatcher must open that manual shift to fulfill it.
4. The order date/time did not match the shift schedule
If the request time falls outside the shift window:
The system cannot assign it
The request stays in the Inbox
Adjust the Start Date/Time or select a different shift.
5. The request was cleared or dismissed early
If deleted or cancelled before processing:
The request disappears entirely
It cannot be fulfilled
Submit the Simple Dispatch request again if needed.
6. Another dispatcher already processed the request
If multiple dispatchers share responsibility:
One may have already converted and fulfilled the request
It may appear under a different shift than expected
Check other active shifts or the change log.
7. Messaging preferences do not affect Fulfill visibility
Even if:
Drivers are set to “None”
Brokers turned off
Messaging disabled
The request still appears in the Inbox.
Visibility on the Fulfill tab depends only on whether the dispatcher processes and attaches the order.
