We’ve updated the New Dispatch board to make assigning resources faster and more intuitive. You can now initiate assignments directly from any empty row, giving you the flexibility to manage dispatching without needing to wait for a placeholder to be created.
What’s New:
Direct Interaction: Click on any empty row in the dispatch grid to immediately open the assignment tool.
Faster Assignments: Select the company, equipment, or driver for an unassigned shift in just a few clicks.
Flexible Entry: Easily perform "Hired Hauler" write-ins directly from the dispatch board.
How to Assign Resources from an Empty Row:
Open your New Dispatch board.
Click on any empty row within a dispatch order.
In the selection window, choose the Company you are assigning.
Note: If you only have access to one company, the system will skip this step automatically.
Select the Equipment or Driver from the list, or use the Write-in option to manually enter details.
Click Save to confirm your assignment and update the dispatch grid.
