Opt-In, Opt-Out, and Help Added to Driver Dispatch Text Messages.

If the customer opts out of receiving text messages they will need to text Start to 765-563-1300.
A dispatched driver can opt-in upon their first text to continue receiving dispatch messages.
Drivers should simply reply “Start” to continue receiving dispatch text messages.
Drivers may also opt-out at any time by replying “Stop”.
If the Driver replies “Help” they will get a contact phone number and email for Earthwave Support.
