Recommended Settings: Enable Notifications for Dispatch in the Driver App (iPhone)

Stay updated on dispatch assignments and job changes by enabling notifications in the FleetWatcher Driver App.

Why Enable Notifications?

While the Driver App will continue to function without notifications, you may miss important updates from Dispatch, including:

  • New job assignments

  • Dispatch messages about updates or cancellations

Enabling notifications ensures you stay informed and don’t miss critical job information while using the Driver App.

How to Turn On Notifications:

  1. Open your iPhone Settings app.

  2. Scroll all the way to the bottom and tap Apps.

  3. On the Apps screen, either:

    1. Use the search bar at the top and type Driver, or

    2. Scroll to find the Driver app manually.

  4. Tap Driver to open its app settings.

  5. Tap Notifications.

  6. Toggle Allow Notifications to ON.

That’s it!

You’ll now receive important Dispatch notifications while using the Driver App.
