Unavailable Equipment/Drivers

Temporarily hide drivers or equipment from Dispatch while unavailable. Add, schedule, or delete outages to control Fulfill options.

Overview

The Unavailable Equipment/Drivers page allows dispatchers to temporarily mark drivers or equipment as unavailable. When a resource is marked unavailable, it will not appear as a selectable option in the Fulfill tab or in Dispatch Requests throughout the duration of the outage.

Once the end date/time passes, the resource becomes available again. If no end time is provided, the resource will remain unavailable until the outage is either edited or deleted.
