Access the Actuals Screen
Open the mobile app.
Tap Material Management.
Tap Dispatch.
Under Current Shifts, tap the shift you want to view.
This opens the shift detail screen with Actuals selected by default.
Arrival Status Colors
Each truck card displays its scheduled and actual arrival times. The background color indicates arrival status:
Green: Truck arrived early or on time
Yellow: Truck arrived late compared to the scheduled arrival time
Red: Truck has not arrived
These colors update as arrival data is received.
Details Shown on the Actuals Screen
Each truck card may display:
Equipment type
Asset name
Plant
Job location
Scheduled arrival time
Actual arrival time
First load
First dump
This screen updates continuously throughout the shift.
View the Order Tab
Switch to the Orders tab to see the trucks included in the dispatch order and the basic order details. Two actions are available:
Request More Trucks
Tap Request More to request additional trucks for the job.
This opens the same request form used when creating the original dispatch order.
Delete the Dispatch Order
Tap Delete Order to remove the dispatch order from the shift.
This deletes the entire order and removes all associated requested trucks.
