Request Additional Trucks
Open the FleetWatcher mobile app.
Tap Material Management.
Select Dispatch.
Tap the shift name.
Tap the Order tab.
Tap Request More.
Tap Submit (iOS) Save (Android)
Request Additional Trucks:
This request is an addition to your current order and will not affect other scheduled trucks belonging to the order.
Staggered
In the Staggered tab, the Order section has these fields:
Additional Trucks: The number of trucks to add. Tap – or + to change the number.
Start Time: The time the first truck arrives.
Trucks Arrive Every: The time between each truck.
The Advanced Options section has these fields:
Group Trucks: A toggle. When you turn it on, the Group Size field shows. Tap – or + to change the group size.
Equipment Type: The equipment type for the trucks.
Mix: The mix for the order.
Grouped
In the Grouped tab, the Group section has these fields:
Additional Trucks: The number of trucks in the group. Tap – or + to change the number.
Start Time: The time the group arrives.
Tap + Group to add one more group. Each group has its own Additional Trucks and Start Time fields. A red minus icon shows next to each group name.
Below the groups, you can set Equipment Type and Mix.
The Grouped tab does not have the Trucks Arrive Every field or the Group Trucks toggle.
What happens next!
A notification will be sent to the dispatcher to fill the request.
