Overview
Group Trucks lets you order trucks that arrive in groups instead of one at a time.
Info icon text in the app:
Group Size is the number of trucks in each group.
Trucks Arrive Every is the time between groups.
Example: you order 10 trucks. | You set Group Size to 2 and Trucks Arrive Every to 15 minutes. The trucks arrive like this: |
Arrival time | Trucks |
6:00 AM | 2 |
6:15 AM | 2 |
6:30 AM | 2 |
6:45 AM | 2 |
7:00 AM | 2 |
If the trucks do not divide evenly, the last group has the leftover trucks. For example, 5 trucks with a Group Size of 2 and Trucks Arrive Every set to 10 minutes arrive as 2 at 6:00 AM, 2 at 6:10 AM, and 1 at 6:20 AM.
If Group Size is larger than the number of trucks, all trucks arrive in the first group.
You can use Group Trucks when you order trucks for a shift. The same toggle also appears when you request additional trucks on an existing order.
Group Trucks works in the iOS and Android.
